In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold about 1 cup of cream into the sweetened condensed milk. Gently fold the whipped cream/condensed milk mixture into the remaining whipped cream.
Spread into a 9x5 bread pan and freeze
Variations:
After freezing for about 2 hours, stir in mix-ins of your choice. Return to freezer and freeze for 3 more hours, until hard and scoopable.
