1. Pop popcorn and remove unpopped kernels. Pour into a large bowl.2. Combine butter, brown sugar, and mini marshmallows in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time, and repeat until the mixture is fully melted and combined. 3. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn and stir until evenly coated. Enjoy immediately or save any leftovers in a covered container for up to 2 days.

For a slightly less sticky and indulgent version, pop more popcorn to spread out the caramel.
