Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the chops lightly with oil and season with seasoned salt and pepper on each side. Place in the hot pan and cook about 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through (meat thermometer reads 150. Pork will continue to cook while it rests). Transfer to a plate and cover in foil to keep warm.
In the same skillet, combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. When butter is melted the sugar is dissolved, add the apples. Cover and cook until the apples are tender.
Add the pork chops, and juices, back into the skillet and stir everything together. Serve the pork chops with apples and sauce from the skillet.
